Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Reservations Schedule:
We are transitioning to an online booking system for a more streamlined guest experience. Until our link is live on this page, kindly send your inquiry through the link above, and we will personally handle your request.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date without penalty.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
Priority Dates:
*Priority Dates: Graduation, Student Check Out (May), Reunion, Student Check In (August), and Colgate Family Weekend require a two-night minimum stay.
Opportunities to book rooms for Priority Dates will open approximately 9 months in advance.
